Jesus finds himself, randomly, in a Washington D.C apartment with no clue as to why. It's only when the apartment's occupant, Tom, comes home to find the son of God in his living room that the journey to discovering the reason for Christ's second-coming can ensue.

The pair rift on the state of the social and political climate of the world as well as the institutions of religion, in a cascade of comical events that could only happen in such a ridiculous scenario.
